Southern Illinois Farm Beginnings: Seminars

We are pleased to announce the seminars for the 2011-2012 Southern Illinois Farm Beginnings classwork portion of the program. The classes run from October 2011 through February 2012. Each class will meet on a Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Exact dates and class locations will be announced shortly. Also, from March through September 2011, Food Works will be implementing the on-farm component of the program with educational farm tours and workshops.
